The room service was questionable. Towels were sometimes missing. The corridors carpet never seems to see a vacuum cleaner. Trash littered the floor for days. there was a cockroach in my room. I had to check my luggage to ensure I did not transport any unwanted guests home with me.

i enjoyed the variety of food offered in the all-inclusive package. there was a good selection of tasty dishes. the waterpark was a lot of fun for both adults and children. i found the location of the hotel to be very convenient, as it was close to the beach.

the evening entertainment could be improved. it was not very engaging or varied (i wish they had more live music).

the pool was clean and large. the adjacent waterpark provided additional fun for both kids and adults (we enjoyed the slides!). the hotel also has a gym with a few cardio machines.

the all-inclusive meals had a good selection, including a full english breakfast. drinks and ice cream were included (especially great for the kids!). the restaurant staff provided friendly service.

I found this hotel very family oriented. The waterpark was great for kids and adults. Pools were clean. The rooms were kept very fresh. I liked that.

The bar in reception didnt open until 3 PM. This was slightly inconvenient.
