the hotel offered great facilities the breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly i found the location to be a plus. the hotel facilities included multiple pools with a swim-up bar and a separate pool bar. sunbeds were always available and pool towels were provided without hassle. the alkion restaurant had a good variety of food available and plentiful.
the evening entertainment was decent but repetitive the singers and musicians were skilled but their playlists were similar each night i think more variety would improve the overall experience.

the room included a key pad for operating lights and air conditioning it was spacious and clean. the bed was comfortable and the room had a modern design this. the room offered enough space and facilities.

the hotel staff were always smiling and eager to assist they often engaged in conversations and checked if i was having a good time. the cleaning staff worked hard to keep the hotel super clean this dedication was evident throughout my stay. the reception staff were helpful and quick.

the pool area included a children's pool and a jacuzzi attached to the main pool there were new sunbeds ensuring plenty of space for everyone. the swim-up cocktail bar was a great addition to the poolside amenities the pools were well-kept and clean. plenty loungers were around.

the alkion restaurant offered good variety and the food was plentiful there were several restaurants available on the complex providing different dining options. the coral bar served a wide range of drinks including tea and coffee this made dining convenient. big portions were offered.

the rooms were nicely renovated and clean.
i was disappointed with the noise level at times. loud music played until late (after midnight) on one night due to a hotel event, and it was hard to sleep. the staff at the burger bistro also seemed unfriendly on multiple occasions.

the room was very big and the balcony was a great size. there were plenty of sun loungers by the pool. the hotel offers drinking water fountains on the corridors. the bed was very comfortable (i slept like a baby!).

I thought the views were amazing. i especially liked the pool area. There were always plenty of sunbeds. i did experience an issue with a rude receptionist. she seemed uninterested and provided minimal assistance. this poor service seemed inconsistent with the rest of the staff who were quite attentive. the slow service at the front desk impacted my overall impression and also finding that out there's some outdated areas throughout the hotel.

The food was acceptable. A reasonable variety was available at each meal.
The air conditioning barely worked in my room. Despite reporting it multiple times, it was never properly fixed. The room remained uncomfortably warm, especially at night. the wardrobe was too small for three adults. We struggled to fit our clothes, inconvenient.

My upgraded superior sea view room was lovely. The room included everything I needed. great wardrobe space and full-length mirrors. The bathroom had a waterfall shower , and I found the beds super comfortable with a choice of pillows available. The breakfast buffet offered a lovely variety of choices.
