charming stay near the city center

the reception offered daily passes for the train i found this very convenient. parking was free and secure within the hotel grounds this was a relief. breakfast had great quality it was the best i ever had. the staff were always smiling and helpful i liked their attitude.

the room lacked air conditioning , made the stay a little uncomfortable.

the hotel is conveniently located near public transport i noted a bus stop nearby with access to u and s bahn stations. these stations connect directly to the city center it takes about 15 minutes. this made exploring the city quite easy.

the staff offered cute refreshments in the lobby it included snacks. i saw a coffee station on the first floor this was a lovely touch. the staff were efficient and friendly i felt welcomed.

there is a gym on the premises i saw various equipment for workouts. the hotel offers free parking this is a great advantage with cars. i noticed a bar area available to guests.

the hotel provides a large selection of continental breakfast each morning i saw breads cereals cooked meats and cheeses. a beer garden is located right next door to the hotel i found that nice. the breakfast was abundant and fresh.

mixed feelings about my stay

breakfast was okay, with enough options to get by.

The room reeked of smoke, not what i expect for a non-smoking room. i asked for a room change, but the staff acted like they were doing me a huge favor. also, the walls are paper thin. I could hear every word from the next room. the bed was so uncomfortable it seemed like sleeping on a board.
