Average Stay with a Few Disappointments
missing saferepetitive breakfast
I found the lack of a safe in the room troubling. It would have given me some peace of mind . Breakfast also became monotonous. Each morning, the selection was exactly the same. I would have liked some variety to keep things interesting.

The room was clean and spacious (which was great). the hotel had good transport links with a tram stop right outside the building. i especially liked the reception bar lounges. The restaurant area was also nice.
i did find the gym to be quite difficult to locate. it was not clearly signposted, and i spent some time wandering around before i found it.

the restaurant offered an easy menu. i found the hamburger to be amazing. the bar had a posh, warm atmosphere for meeting people and resting after a day's work.

all the staff were friendly and gentle. management and housekeeping services were amazing. i experienced real german life style. the team was helpful to find a lost item.

the room was clean, bright, and beautifully furnished. the bedroom had everything i could ask for. the bed was comfortable. the room provided a great view.

the hotel had lots of lobby space, divided into cosy zones with different kinds of seating. there was an excellent bar and a pool table. the gym was amazing (it's rather difficult to find a similar gym).
