the hotel is digital access. the access worked perfectly. some receptionists were friendly. they were also helpful. access through the night was vital.

the digital aspects were problematic. it was not nice to not be greeted on arrival. i felt uneasy i could get trapped in the stairwell. phone numbers were not answered when i called.

the hotel is close to the uber arena. we found many restaurants nearby. the staff was helpful with directions and information.

the digital check-in process was not clearly explained. i had trouble figuring out the code system upon arrival. a backup plan with a phone number would be helpful in case of issues.

comfortable bed fantastic shower free coffee

I found the bed comfortable and the shower fantastic. It features a mini fridge! The code entry doors made everything so convenient. I also appreciated the free coffee and pastries. It added a special touch.

The digital aspects felt impersonal since no one greeted me on arrival.
