my room was clean and spacious. the hotel sits within a shopping complex. i found it near food and other shops. easy access to the town and train station was available.

one receptionist seemed stressed, she complained while handling a request.

convenient location tram station mall access

I found the location convenient. A tram station sits right outside. I could easily walk to many shops and restaurants (which was great). The hotel also connects to a mall.

The car park was a little tight when I arrived, making it a bit stressful to navigate.

The front office team was helpful. They were courteous. I was offered an extended check-out (i appreciated this greatly). Their attention definitely enhanced my visit.
