The hotel's location near the train station was very convenient. I found the staff to be helpful . The swimming pool was a welcome amenity. Parking was also available around the back of the hotel.

tight spaces rude receptionist

The hotel parking was a real problem. the spaces were tight, and navigating them with luggage felt impossible. also, the promised usb ports in the room were broken. It was frustrating not being able to charge my devices easily. i also thought the receptionist was rude and not helpful when i asked for help with that issue, so i asked another one instead. i felt unheard.

Checking in early was smooth. Staff provided immediate assistance with on-site parking plus charging for my car. I moved from a faulty unit to one that worked properly. The modern room featured a good shower plus useful facilities.

the bed was comfortable. the shower had good air ventilation though the bathroom was small. i liked that the location was close to attractions.

The swimming pool was cold. also the sauna was dirty. there was not enough cleaning in the spa area. The hotel could benefit from more attention to detail.
