I had some issues with my room. the noise from nearby establishments was quite disruptive, continuing until the early hours. It made it hard to get a decent night's sleep. the room also lacked some basic comforts. I missed having a mini fridge for drinks. the absence of sufficient soundproofing was a problem i didn't expect.

The location is great. The staff were helpful and cute. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the cafe attached to the hotel was lively.

I booked a room with a terrace. There were NO views. Just two chairs outside in a courtyard. I smelled an awful sewerage odor in the bedroom.

check in was easy. the staff were nice. our room requested was a low floor room and it was provided. the room had stylish interior design branding, it had cool furnishings and a comfortable bed and swish bathroom.

there werent hot water in the shower during the night.
