faulty air conditioning staff unresponsiveness

The air conditioning did not function . I was hot throughout the night and staff could not resolve it. This impacted my sleep and overall comfort considerably. A properly functioning air conditioning is a basic expectation.

Central stay with great breakfast

The breakfast included a wide variety of choices. The room had a sofa bed in addition to the main bed. The bathroom had a separate toilet. I appreciated the small table that slid under the bed. It was quite useful.

The air conditioning seemed a little weak, and the room felt warmer than I expected, even with it running.
