Really good Stay, Clean Rooms and Convenient Location

I found the location very convenient with the tram right in front. It made getting to the airport and city center easy. The staff were also very helpful, providing directions. I found the gym facilities quite handy for quick workouts.

The breakfast choice was limited so I hope there will be some improvements made soon.

The hotel was a good escape. This amused my children. i found the location convenient, near the tram 1 (t 1), , made visiting attractions simple. we appreciated the discount on parking. It was a very kind gesture.

The suite itself was spacious with good amenities. The bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy and the staff were pleasant. The tram station is close, therefore it is easy to get around.

The room wasn't really clean. The fridge in our room was not really working and a bit dirty inside.

The staff greeted me very well, and I received excellent help. The electronic blinds were fantastic. They blocked all light, so I got a great night's sleep. I especially enjoyed the free massage. It added a lovely touch to my stay. The free ice cream voucher for kids was a lovely and unexpected bonus!

The underground parking felt a little costly for the convenience it provided.
