The suite itself was spacious with good amenities. The bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy and the staff were pleasant. The tram station is close, therefore it is easy to get around.

The room wasn't really clean. The fridge in our room was not really working and a bit dirty inside.

The suite included a double bed and a single bed, accommodating our family. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom had a large shower area with good water pressure.

The air conditioning was TOO weak. It was unacceptable during summer because cool air only reached the living room, not the bed area. The pillows were much too firm and the blanket was excessively heavy.

The staff greeted me very well, and I received excellent help. The electronic blinds were fantastic. They blocked all light, so I got a great night's sleep. I especially enjoyed the free massage. It added a lovely touch to my stay. The free ice cream voucher for kids was a lovely and unexpected bonus!

The underground parking felt a little costly for the convenience it provided.
