helpful staff striking decor

the staff was very helpful, especially reception personnel and bistro staff. the location seemed ideal and the modern decor was indeed striking. it reminded me of a new hotel and services seemed comprehensive. i would definitely recommend this hotel and plan a return visit.

Dinner portions were surprisingly small. They would do well with standard portions. i suggest you consider regular sized portions intended for adults.

erratic air conditioning noticeable street noise

the breakfast selection met my expectations.

The air conditioning proved difficult to manage. It fluctuated between excessively hot and cold. street noise was noticeable at night. a promised bottle of prosecco upon arrival never materialized, even after reminders.

the rooftop breakfast buffet featured restaurant quality items. I appreciated the complimentary wine and water i found in my room. The gym had top notch equipment and also a sauna. Staff were accomodating to my requests.

the television was difficult TO operate, and i missed a detailed instruction manual.

the rooftop food was amazing. the helpful staff provided a comfortable experience, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. complementary items in my room.

The pool area felt very cramped. It was small compared to the number of guests. the area outside was loud all night, and i did not get a good sleep at all.

the staff was courteous. the location is very convenient, close to restaurants. the breakfast had good variety..

One day i requested a room cleaning. It never happened. the air conditioning was tricky to manage. It swung between too hot and too cold. the hotel is missing some finishing touches..

improper window inconsistent towel

the location IS pretty good for accessing local spots.

my room lacked proper WINDOWS, a BIG disappointment. the air conditioning never fully shut off, humming all night. the housekeeping didnt consistently provide the SAME amount of towels.

complimentary wine rooftop buffet accommodating staff

I especially appreciated the complimentary wine upon arrival. The rooftop breakfast buffet was restaurant-quality (i loved the fresh fruit selection!). I found the staff accommodating to my needs throughout my stay.
