underwhelming stay close to the wharf
central thermostat poor courtesy
the thermostat seemed to be controlled centrally so the room remained cold until evening this seemed like penny pinching. the elevators were tucked away i had to walk the entire floor every time to find one a minor annoyance yes but still surprising. i overheard staff blame kids for the fire alarm instead of apologizing for the inconvenience it lacked basic courtesy

I enjoyed the hotel's prime location on Fisherman's Wharf. The area is walkable, with many restaurants and shops (a real plus for exploring). The staff was helpful with luggage and offered suggestions for nearby activities. Daily room cleaning was consistent and thorough.

an okay stay overall
spacious room comfortable bed noisy garbage truck early noise
we had a king room. it was quite spacious and the bed felt super comfy, which i found so romantic. the nautical decor added such a different touch, i liked it.
Our room faced the sidewalk. every morning around 5 am, the garbage truck arrived making noise. i couldn't get back to sleep after that. It really bothered me.
