dove toiletries light shades good equipment

The dove toiletries in the bathroom were great. the shades operated with buttons and blocked light very well. the gym had good equipment. I saw multiple treadmills and stationary bikes available.

the elevators made a bit of noise at certain hours.

the hotel is centrally located, providing easy access to various attractions. public transportation is very accessible from the hotel. i found the cable car stop next door very convenient for reaching downtown.

unhelpful person card issue

The deposit was a real downer. They held $200. my card kept declining at check-in, it was so annoying. the front desk person wasn't helpful at all. She said it was my problem. i wish she had told me to insert the card instead of just saying it declined.

the location was really convenient. restaurants and a bakery was near. having a convenient store on site was very nice for quick needs.

the housekeeping happened only on request. we requested housekeeping but received a message stating they couldn't clean the room anyway.
