“This hotel makes a strong impression, particularly for business and solo travelers who value being in the heart of Palo Alto. Its location places you within walking distance of key spots, and the overall ambiance is comfortable and appealing, though rooms lean towards the compact side. I believe the dining experience, while potentially excellent, needs refinement in terms of service speed, especially during breakfast.”
