check in was smooth for me. the rooms are spacious with ample counter space. the location is excellent. the area is easily walkable.
the mattress was not comfortable. i struggled to sleep well. i contacted guest services to request a mattress topper, but none were available.

quick security smooth check-in evident cleanliness extra effort
Security was EXCELLENT. Orville quickly secured my lost item. The item was shipped back to me promptly. I appreciate the extra effort. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Made our arrival and departure seamless. Cleanliness was evident throughout, even in common areas.
The absence of complimentary water in the room was a minor inconvenience. That small detail would have enhanced the stay.

The room had two queen beds. It also featured a courtyard view. The room was well-organized. It offered sufficient space for family belongings. A microwave was requested. It arrived promptly for added convenience.

Breakfast was available at the crepe restaurant next door to the hotel. The hotel does not offer free coffee in the lobby. In-room Keurig machines are the alternative. A la carte breakfast is an option. Sharing a portion is possible.

The hotel is close to Fisherman's Wharf. This made access simple. The coastal trail is accessible by foot. A walk is enjoyable. The hotel has a central location. This allows easy exploration of the surrounding area.

perfect location convenient valet parking balcony view missing microwave understaffed valet unpleasant tone
the location was perfect for exploring. it was close to the water and the wharf. the valet parking was also very convenient. the room had a balcony, and i could even hear the harbor seals.
I asked for a microwave three times, but it never arrived. the valet service seemed understaffed. I waited a while. when i called from the room to make requests, the tone was not always pleasant.

great location with easy access
easy access accessible room
i use a scooter and or walker.. the location had easy access to beach, wharf and downtown. i also appreciated the accessible room having a tub.
there is no place to hang a towel or a robe in the bathroom. the pool and the jacuzzi are next to a noisy street and to get there or to the spa or to the gym from the main building you have to walk across a public walkway.

the staff was friendly. they were also kind. the room service was quite effective, and any issues were addressed quickly, showing strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
