the room was tidy. the staff were helpful throughout my stay. i found the fitness centre amazing. it features all the latest equipment. i saved money on food because the king club access was worth it. it had many breakfast options. i enjoyed the chromecast streaming, it was a nice touch.
the bar in the lobby was a nice size but was never manned during my four day stay, it was a shame.

the staff was friendly and prompt at check-in. front desk employees were knowledgeable when i asked for locations to travel. i appreciated the friendliness, it was efficient.

the fitness centre has all the latest equipment for workouts. the regency club is a nice setting to work, it is also nice to socialize. the hotel is close to shopping.

the hotel features a great location downtown, close to many shops and restaurants. it is close to union square, a short walk from the hotel. bart and muni metro stations are nearby.

the rooms are contemporary and well equipped. the rooms on the upper floors have views of the city. the room had limited carpet. this is a good thing. rooms were clean.

The location proved acceptable for getting around.
The room did not feel clean. I found hairs that definitely did not belong to me (I'm pretty sure they don't hire Sasquatch as cleaning staff). The water pitcher had a weird stain. Drinking water from it was concerning.

My visit was good. The proximity to local museums was very convenient. I was particularly charmed to receive an upgrade to a large suite.. it included a comfortable seating area. The breakfast had plentiful options, and the service was prompt.
The pillows were somewhat flat. I needed to request extra to get comfortable.

The hotel is near the cultural district. Sfmoma is a short walk. The immediate surroundings were orderly. Public transport is accessible nearby for easy access to the area.

I liked the bed. It was comfortable. The room was nice and clean. The location is good too.
The bathroom fan made EXTREMELY noise. It has no switch off button. Customer service is not great, i think.
