Elegant Stay in the City Center

central location very nice service complimentary upgrade attentive service

The hotel location is very central. The front desk staff provided very nice service from check-in to check-out. I received a complimentary room upgrade because I requested two separate beds. The restaurant served a perfect breakfast and dinner, offering a high-level culinary experience and attentive service.

I found that the spa area required a reservation for the jacuzzi and sauna. I was asked to leave after 20 minutes because the area had a prior reservation. The lack of information about the reservation requirement was disappointing.

limited options hidden surcharge

The staff were mostly okay. the breakfast options were quite limited. I had only three choices available without extra charges. This felt a bit cheap for a hotel that markets itself as luxury. The massage prices at the spa were not clearly communicated, and I found an unexpected surcharge upon checkout. This was unprofessional.
