slow breakfast lukewarm shower
I was annoyed by several things . the breakfast service was slow (i waited almost 40 minutes one morning!) even when the restaurant wasn't crowded. also, the lack of hot water one evening was a real problem. A lukewarm shower is not acceptable at this price point. they told me to wait, but the water never got hot.

great attention friendly staff amazing breakfast offer
the room was massive with great attention to detail. Staff were very attentive. I found the breakfast offer amazing and very delicious.

there are two clean pools with zones for relaxation outside. The hotel features green grounds. I noticed they keep the gardens very well maintained, they look awesome. I enjoyed the outdoor spaces for chilling.

spacious room sitting area attentive staff
my room were spacious. they include separate sitting areas. the breakfast offer variety delicious option. the staff was attentive.
the stairs to the upper floors are narrow. there isn't a elevator.
