the location was excellent for exploring local spots. i enjoyed a clean room that gave the feeling of a real sanctuary after my travels. staff greeted me with such warmth, it reminded me of a home away from home. i found such solace in the quiet ambiance throughout the hotel.
i noticed a slight delay when requesting extra pillows but it was quickly resolved.

i found the room to have tea and coffee facilities. water glasses were available and a fridge was very useful. the beds and bedding felt comfortable.
The hotel needs to keep change. It took some time for them to find change in the morning.

i enjoyed how close the hotel was to everything. the service was friendly and efficient. the bed was comfortable, i slept really well (that's very important for me!). the front desk staff were helpful with directions and suggestions.
the bathroom was quite small, but it was manageable for my short stay.
