The reception area is cute. The reception staff are lovely and helpful. Our room was immaculate. It had everything we needed for our stay of several nights.

House keeping was a let down. The room was only partially serviced on our last day. The bed was not made, towels were not in the bathroom. Rubbish was left in room.

great location public transport shopping facilities many restaurants

the location worked great for exploring. public transport access included routes in all directions. i also discovered shopping and many restaurants very close. this hotel has great access to facilities and services.

i noticed very slight dust near the lampshade in my room i did not find it overly bothersome though.

a gym provided treadmills and weights. the site included steam room and sauna services. i appreciated the access to on-site services it makes the stay better.

the studio apartment had plentiful equipment. the comfortable bed included thick curtains. i used the kitchenette to make coffee each morning. the room gave me everything i needed for my stay.

helpful staff convenient gym new washers

Daniel at reception was very helpful. He provided information and assistance with local directions. the gym was convenient. It had treadmills and weights, great for a good workout. i liked the laundry facilities. They included several new washers and dryers available at all times.

The parking situation was inconvenient. I had to park in a council area and walk a distance with luggage.

I saw the fresh pantry close by. It allowed me to get water and snacks . the lost and found coffee shop was nearby for my morning coffee. i enjoyed these options, so it was convenient.

The metro station was a short walk away. This provided easy access to transportation. the neighbourhood felt safe to walk around. I did this often, and i enjoyed it. there are some restaurants in the area. This made dining convenient.

The apartment included a dishwasher. I found it very useful. the room included high end hair and body lotion, so it was nice. the apartment provided amazing use of space with all mod cons.
