amazing stay!
amazing staffroom upgradegenerous giftearly gym closing
the staff was genuinely amazing. maria and marilee offered to extend my checkout since they knew i had a night flight! i even received an unexpected upgrade to a room with its own pool (talk about luck!). on checkout, i got a great gift, it felt so personal.
I wish the gym was open a little later. I like to work out in the evenings but it closed pretty early. it wasn't a huge deal, just a minor inconvenience for my routine.

The hotel is very close to the airport. this location provides convenient access to local attractions. It is great for exploring the surrounding area (i found many shops and restaurants close by).

My room included a fridge, safe, robes, and slippers, all appreciated. a bottle of wine was waiting (a fantastic touch!). the room was super clean. Cleaning occurred daily.

the pool area was clean and quiet, complete with waiter service and provided towels. i was especially excited about the available free parking next to the hotel, really convenient! the breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices.

stylish and attentive experience
modern roomcomfortable bedlimited dining
the room was modern and nicely decorated. the king-size bed was very comfortable, i slept really well. the pool area looked great and there were plenty of sunbeds available. the breakfast was tasty and varied, of a high standard too.
the limited dining and entertainment options in the vicinity was a slight inconvenience. it required a short drive to find more diverse culinary experiences.

Really good Hotel Experience

The staff was cute and helpful. They provided useful information regarding island activities. The hotel arranged a private boat tour (thank you!). I received a complimentary room upgrade with a hillside view and a welcome gift with wine, traditional dessert, and daily bottled water. I received a farewell gift set with local spices, olives, and olive oil.
The taxi arranged at checkout was a private car without a meter, resulting in a significantly higher fare than expected and a longer, unpleasant ride.
