the pool was great and i could relax EASILY. the on site bar had excellent food and drinks.

wonderful stay in zakynthos

i found the staff helpful. they provided assistance whenever needed. our apartment included daily maid service, fresh sheets, and towels every three days. it was a very nice touch.

the air conditioning was pricey at €12 a night. on the last night, it stopped working altogether, a little disappointing. the hotel did offer a refund upon checkout though.

the reception and restaurant staff were attentive. the cleaning ladies were also very good. they seemed always willing to help and had smiles all the time.

shower curtain slipping hazard

the staff were nice, and the supermarket right next door was very convenient for picking up essentials.

My room was quite small. I found the lack of a shower curtain to be a real problem. the water splashed everywhere and made the bathroom floor constantly wet. This created a slipping hazard.

Charming Stay Near Kalamaki Beach

varied choices numerous sunbeds clean pool friendly staff

I found the pool bar menu offered a good variety of choices at reasonable prices. There were plenty of sunbeds available around the pool area. The pool itself was clean and well-kept. The staff members were friendly and always seemed happy to help with any questions.

I noticed that the air conditioning unit was a bit expensive to use daily.

The receptionist provided a very warm welcome , and demonstrated genuine kindness and care. Staff helped me book taxis, very quickly. The hotel lady looked after us well.
