I found the staff very polite. They responded positively to my requests. the location is quite convenient as it is near a shopping mall and restaurants. the breakfast options met my needs, i found sufficient choices. i really appreciated the reception kindly upgraded my room to a suite.

water pressure inside the shower room was slightly low, but this was a minor issue.

The room was quite large and comfortable.

The kitchen lacked essential items. I expected to find pots, pans, cups, and plates, but they were missing. I found this unacceptable given the price I paid and the kitchen facilities listed (this affected my stay significantly).
