Problematic Stay Due to Room and Service Issues

bathroom hairs disinterested staff

The location was acceptable , since many amenities were nearby.

I had multiple issues . First , the cleanliness was below standard. I found hairs in the bathroom and the towels had stains. I also found the service at the restaurant to be quite poor. The staff seemed disinterested , and there were long waits. the all-inclusive package felt limited, I felt that the drinks had poor quality.

I found the location convenient, close to many attractions. The staff was polite and helpful (they really made the difference!). I enjoyed the variety of food offered, especially the breakfast. The room was very clean and the beds felt comfortable.

I noticed that the gym equipment could use a little updating.

friendly staff pancake breakfast clean room

The staff was super friendly and helpful, they greeted me with such warmth. breakfast had so many choices. I loved the freshly made pancakes (especially with syrup!). the room was clean and the perfect size for my stay. It had everything i needed.

the gym was a bit small, so it got crowded during peak hours.
