Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

I stayed at this location. The location is great, close to restaurants and shops. The main strip with bars is a short walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were tidied with beds made and towels changed every few days.
The room I had was somewhat run down. The shower lacked proper protection and water escaped onto the floor. A shower screen would improve this issue.

The pool is large and clean. I noticed it has plenty of space for swimming and relaxation. The pool area has many sun loungers. Guests can easily find a spot to relax and enjoy the sun.

The staff is friendly and helpful. One staff member assisted with directions and recommendations. I also observed that they responded promptly to requests and questions.

the room was spacious and had a kitchen area that was useful for preparing simple meals
the towels felt rough and worn also the air conditioning required a deposit for the remote this felt a bit inconvenient and unnecessary i noticed ants in the apartment and the cleaning service was inconsistent i found hairs that did not belong to me

i found the check in process quick. the staff showed us to our room quickly after arrival. the hotel was always clean. staff were always available to help with questions, i found this nice. i will recommend it and plan to rebook.
the air conditioning unit did take a little while to cool the entire room, but it was manageable.

I liked the pool area it included ample loungers and a bar. the breakfast provided a decent selection with fresh options. the staff was always available and eager to assist with any questions i had. They helped with directions and local tips.
