Super fantastic stay!

flexible staff renovated room cozy interior

The staff were flexible! They go above and beyond to assist you. The rooms were modern and renovated, clean, and cozy. Nice balconies, yes. We utilized the conference room and big TV for presentations.

The rooms needs better soundproofing from street noise but that did not detracted from my enjoyment.

poor cleaning bathroom mold

the location was acceptable because it was close to many stores and restaurants.

i'm frustrated with several problems. the cleaning staff was not good, i was shorted toilet paper several times. mold was all over the bathroom wall. it really ruined my experience.

AMAZING Stay!

superb location helpful staff free parking

The location was superb. I found it easy to access many attractions. The staff at the front desk were helpful. The hotel offers free parking behind the building. I certainly appreciated that. The air conditioning worked GREAT, keeping the room very comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was repetitive. I saw the same food options every day.

good breakfast big room old room no soap

the breakfast had a good variety. the room was quite big. the location was right in the center.

our room was not really modern. we cooked, but we could not wash the dishes because there was no dishwasher soap. the housekeepers don't wash the dishes until check out.
