Excellent stay in perfect location

the registration process was very smooth the man offered advice where to get a bite to eat the restaurant manager was wonderful he worked well with his staff the rooms were a good size and very clean. breakfast had amazing food and choices. i enjoyed the available coffee all day in the bar area the coffee machine in the room was helpful.
i had considerable room issues with inefficient aircon the room smelled unpleasant i mentioned it but there was no response the gym aircon was not working and the fridge was empty with no water

the premium room was enormous the bed was comfortable and big there were many pillows the bathroom included a double sink the toilet space felt a little awkward a nespresso machine was available.

the location was excellent it was right in the center it was close to the river and arts center shops were nearby i found it easy to reach park walks from the hotel location.

the breakfast was amazing it was very tasty and offered a great variety the restaurant food was really good i found the staff to be super friendly and nice throughout my stay at the hotel.

The location was fine because it was near some places. The staff were polite.
The room was not good. The air conditioning did not work well, and I was moved two times. No one follow up with me to see if the new rooms were better. An unpleasant smell was present in the room. It spoiled my stay a lot.
