Fantastic location and Friendly Staff!

The hotel's location proved convenient for my visit to the science museum. The staff was accommodating and helpful (I really appreciate their service). I was able to have my room changed to face the park, plus, they were also able to return my jacket after I left it behind! The breakfast had a nice selection of different options to choose from.
I found that the air conditioning system was centrally controlled, and the room was quite warm. I couldn't adjust it myself and had to sleep with the window open.

My room included nice hand soap plus other good quality toiletries. The pillows were soft, contributing to a restful night of sleep. I found the room to be very quiet as well.

The hotel is close to public transport and the Saler shopping center. Museums are just around the corner from the hotel. Taxis are readily available and can access the hotel easily (getting around was no problem at all!).

I found the room to be too small. There was no kettle in the room, which I expected. The walls seemed thin. I could hear voices from the neighboring room. Cleaning staff slammed doors repeatedly, a real nuisance. This happened every time they finished a room.
