poor air conditioningchaotic breakfast
The air conditioning barely functioned. It struggled to cool the room, even during the evening. this made sleeping uncomfortable, especially since i expected better climate control in a hotel of this supposed caliber. i also found the breakfast area chaotic during peak hours. The buffet setup led to long queues and difficulty finding a clean table. the staff seemed overwhelmed, unable to keep up with the demand for coffee refills and clearing used plates (it was frustrating).
