the location of the hotel near metro and bus stations was very convenient. the room was modern and clean. i found the beds comfortable. the bathroom was large and modern.

the air conditioning was difficult to use. it did not stay on for long enough. i woke up hot each morning.

The location was suitable for our concert visit. I found secure, on-site parking. The breakfast provided many choices, including pastries, fruits and savory options. I thought the staff was friendly and they provided helpful answers.

The pool looked small with kids jumping and shouting.

stolen sweater

someone stole my sweater at the hotel, and the hotel staff refused to do anything. the gym do not get cleaned and is very dirty. one of the women at the reception lacks manners and starts yelling every time she speaks.
