The Hazienda Restaurant, next to reception on the ground floor, serves breakfast. El Toro bar and restaurant is open daily from 6:00pm, serving drinks, snacks, and main meals. The menu includes local and seasonal specials. A selection of food is available during bank holidays and from Friday to Sunday.

From Erlangen Bahnhof, take bus 30 to the station "Neuer Markt". The hotel is on the left. The hotel is near the Metro Station (Erlangen Bahnhof). A single ticket costs 2,20€, a day ticket 4,60€, and a weekly ticket 17,10€. Indoor parking is available on site, along with a charging station for electric vehicles.
