the staff was friendly. i received a free upgrade with a nice balcony. there were also some nice extras like free beer and water in the fridge upon arrival.

the HOUSE keep are very ignorant. they dont knock on the door, they just walk in not once but twice. then they have nerve to have attitude and are rushing to get stuff done.

breakfast was tasty and diverse. the breakfast area is beautiful. they provide traditional Lebkuchen at check-out, a lovely touch from a city known for it.

the rooms are comfortable. my room was upgraded, and it included a nice balcony. there are also water bottles and tea in the kitchen, very necessary after a long trip.
