unadjustable heatinginadequate cleaning

The room was quite warm, and i couldn't adjust the heating (it was stuck on a high setting). i also found the noise from the street noticeable, especially early in the morning. this made it difficult to sleep well. plus, the housekeeping wasn't great. I found some crumbs on the carpet (it wasn't thoroughly cleaned).
