“This hotel's historical significance-it claims to be the oldest in Italy-is undeniable, with restored frescoes meeting modern comforts; it's wonderfully located for exploring Florence's key attractions. However, indifference to serious issues and spotty Wi-Fi dampen the experience. History buffs with patience may find it worthwhile.”
