The staff were helpful. The shower was also great. I am grateful for the cleanliness of the facilities. It was really good.

My room looked nothing like the photos. The air conditioner did not work in my room. I think the hotel should have more honest practices.

i really enjoyed the hotel's location. i could easily walk to the harbor and the city center. the staff were friendly and helpful, i really appreciated that. breakfast was good, though not really good.

The pool closed quite early at 6 pm. This felt too early in the summer. the noise at night made it difficult to sleep before 3 am. i think there was no double glazing so street noise came in.

The room featured touchpad switches for lights. The air conditioning had an easy control panel. The breakfast buffet changed every day, which I found good. There was a wide variety of options, which pleased me.

I think more bottled water should be available.
