The breakfast offered a fantastic selection of food catering to everyone's tastes and diets. I also liked the availability of a coffee machine directly in the room. The air conditioning worked well during a very hot period.
The parking garage entrance felt a bit challenging, like driving on train tracks.

My room was clean and spacious, and it included sufficient toiletries and towels. I liked that it even had a tissue dispenser. It's a rarity in many European hotels. The bed was HUGE!!!

The location is superb. The hotel stands directly opposite a Roman wall. It is also close to many important buildings in the city. Access was easy, and signs directing to the hotel were simple to spot.

Breakfast was excellent and featured a lot of choices including fresh fruit. The breakfast room was very pleasant and well-kept. The staff was very busy cleaning tables and assisting guests actively.

the location was perfect, right by the river and the basilica. i found the staff very helpful and friendly (they always had a smile!). my room was bright, spacious, and very clean, and that's a big plus for me.
the noise from the street below made it nearly impossible to sleep sometimes. blackout curtains did not do a good job, so the light streamed into the room early in the morning. i really needed more darkness to sleep well.

the hotel location is fantastic , right by the walls. i had a room that was clean , spacious and bright. lots of bars and restaurants are also super close.
the walls are so thin in the room. i tried to change rooms because there was a newborn baby crying. i was told this was not possible.

The hotel held my bags for a long period because of the time between my bus and check out. The facilities were immaculate. The location was in the center of the city overlooking the river.
My room was quite cold. It had a bluish-toned light that did not feel very cute. A lot of daylight came through the curtains in the morning, they were not thick enough. The housekeeping kept knocking on the door repeatedly. I had told them I planned to leave at noon.
