The New Sheridan Hotel provides multiple room options. Cozy Interior Rooms have windows facing a tidy interior space and include a chair or settee at the foot of the King bed, plus a flat-screen TV. 2nd Floor Main Street Rooms are on the second floor and overlook Main Street toward the ski area; upon request, twin beds are available instead of a King. 3rd Floor Pandora Rooms are the largest guest rooms, located off Main Street facing north or east, and have walk-in closets; twin beds are also available upon request. 3rd Floor Main Street Rooms have views of Main Street and the ski area and include a work desk. The Prospector Junior Suite overlooks Main Street and the ski area and includes a sleeper sofa. The Ballard Suite is a one-bedroom King suite with a direct view of Ballard Peak, plus a separate living room with a pullout sofa and work desk.
Dining Options
The New Sheridan Hotel has on-site dining, including the Chop House, a steak house that serves mountain western game, aged beef, and bison. The Parlor offers a full espresso bar in the morning, wines and cocktails in the evening, and a menu of breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner; guests can sit indoors surrounded by art or on the sidewalk. The Historic Bar is open daily from 3 PM until late and offers billiards, foosball, and live music every Thursday. The Roof offers a light menu and specialty cocktails during the summer. The Phoenix Bean offers an all-day menu with breakfast, lunch, and dinner items.
Leisure and Activities
The New Sheridan Hotel is located in Telluride, which provides activities such as skiing and snowboarding at Telluride Ski Resort. Designated snowshoe trails are available. From May through July, the fishing grounds become whitewater rafting playgrounds. Telluride has climbing areas. Yoga classes and meditation are available in Telluride and Mountain Village.
