Guests can settle into historic mountain lodge guest rooms with tongue-in-groove paneling, marble vanity sinks, and countertops. Each room includes a flat-screen satellite TV with a DVD player and heating and air conditioning. The main attraction is the four outdoor hot tubs with natural thermal waters terraced on the mountainside. The redwood hot tubs are located on multi-level decks that offer views of the towering mountain peaks. The lobby features a stone fireplace and exposed pine wood.

Offsite activities include the Ouray hot springs water park, off-road jeep rentals, via ferrata, and ice climbing. Visitors flock to Ouray for seasonal activities, such as ice climbing in the winter and hiking and rock climbing in the summer.
