The Newport Resort features one-bedroom suites with a private bedroom and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. All two-bedroom suites include a whirlpool tub in the master bath, a full kitchen, a separate dining room, a fireplace, and a covered balcony with a table and chairs. Each suite has ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a sitting area, a dining table, and garden furniture. Bathrooms provide free toiletries. Kitchens are equipped with cookware/kitchen utensils and an electric kettle. Entertainment options include an AM/FM alarm clock, a CD player, and a flat-screen TV. Rooms have carpeted floors.

A continental breakfast is served daily. Guests can mingle at the picnic pavilion, which has several gas grills. There is a library with books to read by the lounge fireplace.

Local Entertainment
The resort's location provides access to live music at various venues. Concerts in the Park take place on Thursday evenings at 5 pm from late June through August. The Dutton Concert Barn, which seats up to 500 people, hosts classical performances. Harbor View Park hosts a concert series in Egg Harbor throughout the summer. The Peg Egan Performing Arts Center hosts their Sunset Concert Series. Birch Creek is a classical music venue.
