we received a complimentary upgrade to a grand suite, it was divine. the staff displayed really good politeness and kindness towards us, i felt cared for. finding a sun lounger was never a concern, irrespective of the time we decided to visit the pool, i felt relaxed and at ease.
the breakfast buffet, although varied, did not offer significant daily changes, it became a bit monotonous. i would have liked more variety in the options, especially with local dishes.

i found the hotel situated ideally near the beach and city center this location made exploring simple i appreciated the cleanliness the rooms were serviced daily ensuring a tidy space fresh towels were always available ensuring comfort the pool area featured comfortable loungers making relaxation easy. i enjoyed the quiet atmosphere creating a peaceful stay
i experienced a minor inconvenience with the minibar it was empty upon arrival this required a request for items to be stocked causing a slight delay i hope they address this

The breakfast had great options. I especially liked the omelette station. My room had a lovely sea view. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful (Claudia at the reception was amazing!).
The walls are not soundproofed. I could hear almost every conversation from the rooms next door.

The signage around the hotel was mainly in English and German, which could be limiting who speak other languages.

The hotel offers a good location, close to the city center and the sea.
Despite reporting it three times, the cleaning was not thorough. I felt I was being accused of lying. This is unacceptable, especially considering the price I paid.
