unsafe ironloud air conditioning

the taxi i requested before arrival was not booked causing me stress upon arrival late at night. THE staff seemed indifferent to my situation. furthermore the iron provided was unsafe with a cable covered in tape. the air conditioning unit was excessively loud hindering sleep even on the lowest setting
