inadequate shuttle tiny room

the shuttle service was not good. it cost €2.50 per person for each trip, a fee i haven't encountered at other hotels. also, there was no late-night shuttle available past 7:30 pm, so taxis are needed for dinner outings! the room itself was tiny, honestly one of the smallest i've ever stayed in. the air conditioning didn't work very well either.

the hotel grounds looked beautiful and well maintained. i noticed the sauna and spa area allowed free private bookings. breakfast included a varied and abundant selection (the croissants were very delicate). a convenient shuttle service runs into the city center for a small fee. i appreciated this amenity.
