Mora Hotell & Spa has 140 rooms in Standard, Superior, and Business types. Most rooms feature views of Lake Siljan or Tingshusparken. Standard rooms include double beds (160 cm / 180 cm). Standard Family Rooms accommodate 4-5 people with a double bed, sofa bed, and single bed. Premium rooms (approx. 24 m2) offer lake views and new continental beds (180 cm). Business rooms are available with double (160/180 cm) or twin beds. Some rooms have sloping ceilings. Amenities include ironing facilities, heating, tea/coffee makers, mini-bar, sitting area, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. Family suites feature a play/children's bedroom connected to the parents' room. Dog-friendly rooms are available with a bed, food bowl, and chew toy.

Terrassen restaurant offers Scandinavian cuisine with French and Italian influences, with a focus on local ingredients. Dishes include game such as reindeer and moose, as well as trout and char. Vegetarian options feature seasonal crops from Dalarna. The restaurant provides views of Lake Siljan. The restaurant is open six days a week for lunch and dinner, with daily service during high season. A rolling food truck or open-fire hob is available for outdoor conferences, with the chef preparing the final dinner. Hotel breakfast is served daily. Light snacks and drinks are available at the reception.

Mora Hotell & Spa offers spa facilities. Guests have free access to the relaxation area, including a pool, two jacuzzis, and steam and dry saunas. Spa treatments include massages, facials, and foot treatments. The hotel offers a sensual and unique bathing experience that is a cleansing, re-mineralizing and generally healthy treatment for the whole body. An invigorating salt scrub with Eucalyptus is rich in minerals and trace elements from the hot therapeutic sources. Guests can enjoy forest swimming and wilderness activities. The sauna suites have a hall and a small living room. As a hotel guest, you always have free admission to the relaxation area, provided treatment is not ongoing. The bath & sauna are open Saturday-Sunday 09.00 - 22.00.

Mora Airport is 10 km from the hotel, accessible by taxi (0250-15000). The train station is within walking distance. The hotel provides a central location near Tomteland, Dalhalla, and the Siljan area. Vasaloppet buses depart from outside the hotel. Gesunda, offering skiing and mountain biking, is nearby.
