Standard twin rooms, renovated, accommodate two people with decor inspired by Falun's World Heritage Site. Superior twin rooms include Rituals toiletries, tea and coffee facilities, bathrobes, and slippers. Deluxe double rooms also provide Rituals toiletries, a minibar, a safe deposit box, and tea/coffee facilities, plus bathrobes and slippers. Standard double rooms are non-smoking and include breakfast, Fika, and an evening meal.

The hotel provides a breakfast with organic produce, including eggs, Fair Trade bananas, orange juice, fruit, cereals, and toppings. Fika, a Scandinavian tradition, is served daily from 3pm to 5pm, offering coffee/tea and baked goods.
