friendly staff tram stop fresh towels uncomfortable bed shower drainage no hangers

The staff offered very friendly service. They explained the best areas to eat and provided quality for money suggestions. Fresh towels were provided, and beds were made daily. A tram stop was located around the corner. Termini station was about a 15 minute walk.

It made noise whenever I moved. It tilted from the middle. There were no hangers for towels inside the toilet or even for face towels. I opened the shower, and the drainage clogged immediately, causing water to escape the shower area.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay

The location is REALLY convenient near the bus station. Several convenience stores and good restaurants were nearby. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. I appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff.

The room could have been a little cleaner upon arrival. There were also a few ants in the room. The breakfast choice was limited, with many sweet options.

Absolutely Wonderful City Stay!!!

This city hotel's location made exploring simple. I loved how I could easily walk to many key sites. The staff accommodated my late luggage storage request. I'm very thankful for the smooth check-in process and how cute the hotel was after a long day.

The in-room coffee service would have been a very slight plus.

Situated a short walk from the main train terminal, the hotel provided excellent access to public transport. Nearby, a variety of restaurants and shops made daily conveniences easily accessible. I loved the nearby market.

My room included two bedside tables, individual reading lights, and blackout curtains which ensured restful nights. The air conditioning system worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. Truly blissful.
