kind staff rooftop pool daily cleaning

I found the staff to be really kind. the rooftop pool was a definite highlight. I appreciated the loungers and shaded area there. my room cleaning happened daily.

loud guests poor housekeeping

the location was pretty good i guess. taxis were right outside so getting around wasn't difficult. there was also some food places near.

the hotel was so noisy. guests were loud at 2 or 3 am in the corridors. staff didn't seem to care because it happened every night during my five nights. housekeeping only did basic stuff like toilet paper and towels. they never took out the rubbish so i did it myself.

prime location friendly staff big shower comfy bed

the location was a definite plus. i found it easy to get around with taxis right outside. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i liked the big shower in my room and the very comfy double bed.

i noticed that the hairdryer was available upon request, but seemed to be limited in quantity.

the hotel is close to the train station, a short walk away. i observed many shops, banks, and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, offering plenty of convenience. a bus stop directly outside provides easy access to jemaa el-fna.

Solid stay in great location

convenient location helpful staff hot water front desk assistance

The hotel's location proved very convenient close to various cafés. I found the staff consistently helpful assisting with directions. The room featured a shower that consistently provided hot water. They assisted with printing boarding passes at the front desk when requested.

The hallway did have a slight musty smell on occasion, though it was not present in the room itself.

The room included a comfortable double bed and a small desk suitable for working. A television provided access to local channels. The air conditioning unit worked efficiently keeping the space cool during the day.

Breakfast included a basic buffet with bread pastries and coffee. The dining area offered sufficient seating. I observed that breakfast service started promptly at 7:00 am each morning.
