just ok, honestly
closed spa cold food
the spa was closed. i had booked specifically for the spa, and nobody bothered to tell me it was closed for repairs. breakfast wasn't great either. the food wasn't kept hot enough, and some of the fruit looked past its best.

Decent stay with some issues
spa closure not fresh fruit
The location was good, providing easy access to the city.
The spa was closed for repairs, which i found disappointing (i really wanted to relax). This closure was not communicated prior to arrival, causing me to miss out on a key amenity. Breakfast was mediocre. The food was not hot enough. Some of the fruit did not seem fresh.

Really good stay, superb service
excellent location attentive staff breakfast buffet
I enjoyed the hotel's location very much. It allowed easy walks to the city's main attractions. The staff was always available and ready to help. I found a comprehensive breakfast buffet each morning, a real treat. The concierge arranged perfect restaurant bookings for my evenings.
The air conditioning seemed centrally controlled, a slight inconvenience.

The staff addressed questions with great care and aimed to resolve any potential issue. They offered helpful advice about the surrounding area and made bookings for restaurants. Everyone was cute and contributed to making my stay nice.

The hotel includes a well maintained outdoor pool area. Plenty of sun loungers are available for relaxation. The pool provided a refreshing escape from the day's heat. It created a calming atmosphere perfect for unwinding.

My room was well-appointed. It featured comfortable furnishings and offered a lovely view. There were delicious sweet treats waiting upon my arrival. The room was serviced daily and maintained meticulously by housekeeping.
