excellent stay IN the mountains

ski shop shuttle service

the on-site ski hire shop was very convenient. the complimentary shuttle to and from the slopes ran between 9am and 5pm. the possibility to ski back to the building was a great bonus. staff proved excellent during the entire stay.

the street leading to the location was not plowed regularly. this made access a bit difficult at times. this inconvenience should be addressed to improve experience.

the breakfast offered a wholesome selection that sufficiently fueled mornings. the on-site restaurant provided a great dining alternative. i found the available choices very satisfactory.

the building IS within easy walking distance to the village center. this proximity allowed easy access to various restaurants. the shuttle service further improved access to ski lifts. overall, a strategic position.

The hotel included an on-site ski shop. This made rentals simple. A shuttle provided transport to lifts. Breakfast offered many choices.

Really good stay!

ski lifts on-site ski wholesome selection

The hotel breakfast featured plenty of options. It included a wholesome selection. I appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the ski lifts. The service ran between 9 AM and 5 PM. The on-site ski hire in the boot room was convenient. Ski equipment access was very easy.

The jacuzzi pool was NOT heated enough.

The breakfast had great variety and perfect service. ALSO the staff helped us with ski transport. the hotel is just five minutes from anywhere in the resort, and every dish during dinner was very tasty.

tinned fruit suspicious smell

the shuttle service met my basic expectations. it took me where i needed to go, i guess.

the breakfast selection was so bad, i almost LAUGHED. the fruit was cheap tinned stuff, clearly not fresh from the alps. hot food was limited to scrambled eggs with a suspicious smell and some greasy bacon. the jacuzzi pool was COLD, not what i wanted after hours on the slopes.
