LAKE VIEW was really good

responsive staff lake view fine view

I GOT a room change IMMEDIATELY when I reported a bathroom smell. The STAFF was helpful and quick. From my balcony, I could SEE LAKE GARDA. The view WAS fine!

The hotel's decor seems A BIT outdated.

The hotel overlooks the ENTIRE city from an elevated position, affording great views. Direct access to the city center is available. The main entrance is close to the main road, SO arriving by car is simple.

A swimming POOL overlooks the city. A QUIET terrace adds to the restful place. An EXTRA room is available for bikes, which includes a locker. Breakfast WAS fresh and very good.

the staff was friendly. vittorio at the bar mixed fantastic drinks. the room was cleaned daily to a high standard and the mattresses were very comfortable. the views from the balcony were out of this world!!!

good breakfast amazing view small room missing fridge

the breakfast was good. it offered good variety. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location had amazing views from the pool and rooms.

i found the room very small. the bathroom was even smaller. both rooms felt more like a dormitory rather than a 3-star hotel. room 209 lacked a fridge and bathroom light.
