The location is WONDERFUL, just a few meters from the waterfront. I found a supermarket really close to the hotel, convenient. Breakfast offers a good variety of options. It's delicious! The room service maintained everything CLEAN, and i was completely satisfied.

I found the staff helpful and always smiling. They parked my car upon arrival and retrieved it whenever i needed it, great. Their willingness to assist created a cute atmosphere.

The location was great. It allowed easy access to local shops and restaurants. my room had a balcony. it also offered a partial view of the lake! the staff provided transport to and from the parking garage, a service i found efficient.

the air conditioning was not working, and the hotel could not repair it. the room temperature was too high. i was advised to open the balcony doors, but this resulted in a very noisy night.
